THE DEVIL WANTS TO DEVOUR YOU

Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you. Stay alert! Watch out for your great enemy, the devil. He prowls around like a roaring lion, looking for someone to devour. 1 Peter 5:7-8 NLT

There are fewer chances that the devil will physically appear before you and try to kill you; but there are higher chances that he will try to kill you little by little by using excessive worry so that you are full of stress every day.

He will try to devour your dreams, your desires, your marriage and God’s purpose in your life.

The Bible says that this is the solution:

Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you. ⁸Stay alert!… ⁹Stand firm against him, and be strong in your faith. Remember that your family of believersall over the world is going through the same kind of suffering you are. 1 Peter 5:7-9 NLT

Let’s pray for one another, because in one way or another we all have things we are worried about; but prayer and other’s support will mutually strengthen us.

Stop worrying about what others say such as, bad diagnoses or the troubles of life. Learn the Word of God, confess it in your life and the devil will flee from you.

Is there something that you are excessively worried about?
Has it helped you to worry?
