Your age doesn’t matter

YOUR AGE DOESN’T MATTER

The Lord kept his word and did for Sarah exactly what he had promised. She became pregnant, and she gave birth to a son for Abraham in his old age…  Abraham was 100 years old when Isaac was born. Genesis 21:1-5 NLT

Can you imagine a woman that is ninety years old having a baby with her husband that is one hundred years old?

It is never too late to live with purpose on earth. The only thing that matters is to align yourself to what God has said in His Word.

The Bible says:

The Lord kept his word and did for Sarah exactly what he had promised. Genesis 21:1 NLT

Sometimes people get “comfortable” after a certain age, they stop learning, they no longer make the effort to develop new habits or learn another language nor to start a business, neither to work up to having a successful family. They simply forget about the dreams God once placed in their hearts.

What were you forgetting about? What do you need to start doing again? Remember, no excuses.

Moses was eighty years old when God sent him to lead more than two million people through the desert. Abraham was one hundred years old when his son was born, the one who would form the Israel nation. If you are thirty, fifty or seventy years old, that means you’re still able to be part of God’s great works, just let go of the excuses.

Think About It:

Have you allowed your age to make you feel unqualified or discouraged, because you still haven’t seen God’s promises in your life? What are those promises, and what steps do you need to take to accelerate their fulfillment?
What paradigms do you need to get rid of in order to see what God sees in you?
What promise has God brought to your mind? What do you need to do to see that promise become a reality?
