ALIGNED TO PROSPER
It is God’s will for us to be prospered in everything we do. Therefore, the only thing we need to do is obey, because obedience releases the blessings from heaven.
Steps to remain aligned and prospered:
1. Eliminate all distractions. We must determine ourselves to choose priorities that will lead us to the fulfillment of God’s purpose.
We shouldn’t always head towards the opportunities that come before us, because if we do we can lose sight of our priorities. We need to know how to differentiate those things that are “urgent” from those things that are “important”, and not waste our time.
2. Don’t allow criticism to discourage you. When individuals have huge dreams, there will always be negative people who will criticize those dreams.
Nehemiah faced a couple negative characters who strongly wanted to stop him from building the walls. Yet, instead of holding back and worrying about his enemies, Nehemiah didn’t pay attention nor did he let their threats stop him.
3. Make sure that you are doing what God wants you to do. When we know we are doing the Lord’s will, nothing can shake us, we are planted, secure and willing to fight for what He has given us. No matter what comes, we continue going forward, we are not like the waves of the sea that come and go, but we are constant and not easily discouraged.

How have you been obeying God? Remember that obeying half-way is not obedience.
