BETTER THINGS TO COME
The Bible says that there are better things to come. The promise and the oath God made about the Kingdom of Heaven is immutable. This means that the promise God made and swore by His own name is not subject to change, for He is not a man to lie.
Life on earth is only a preparation into eternity. Some think that they are saying goodbye to life when someone passes away, but that’s not so. When someone finishes their purpose on earth, it is because they are welcoming eternal life. You see, better things are to come!
Some feel bad when their emotions are wounded, but we have to understand that we do not stay in our emotions, even if what we are going through emotional pain, we have to keep going forward towards the divine reward God has promised us.
Patience is required while we wait for the fulfillment of His promises. We cannot afford to be desperate or discouraged just because we don’t see the answers or miracles. For, He Himself swore by His own name that He would fulfill His Word in order to show us His immutable promise. The promise that is unchangeable and not subject to the temporary conditions, it is permanent.

How can you remain firm while you are here on earth? How rooted is your anchor in God?
