DANGERS TO AVOID

But the angel reassured them. “Don’t be afraid!” he said. “I bring you good news that will bring great joy to all people (Luke 2:10).

During this life process on earth into eternity, you can experience sadness and fail to appreciate your present because of temporary problems and circumstances.

Today, I will speak to you about four dangers that you must avoid in order to enjoy God’s blessings while you are in the world.

1. DESTRUCTIVE MELANCHOLY.
There are people that are easily betrayed by their emotions. They lose their emotional stability and fall into depression. Some sleep more, others eat more, other excessively work as long as they are able to avoid the bad memories from their past.
However, you have to keep your focus on the Prince of Peace, who gives you the peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

2. DESTRUCTIVE PLACES
As a son or daughter of the Heavenly Father, you must avoid all kinds of celebrations where drugs or alcohol are offered, because all this only provokes fights that many times end tragically.
You should avoid attending gatherings with friends or family that are negative, non-visionaries or depressed, unless you can be of influence to them. Although, if they are going to influence you, then it’s best not to join those get-togethers.

3. DESTRUCTIVE SPENDING
Many people get discouraged because they don’t have enough money to give something to their friends or family; but one shouldn’t spend what they don’t have neither should they allow themselves to be pressured by salespeople.
Avoid using credit cards and debt. Instead, finish paying your debts and come to our classes called, “Leaving Behind a Financial Legacy” where you will obtain tips on financial prosperity according to the Bible.
Do not invest your priorities, make sure you always honor God with your tithes and offerings. Remember, “If you live like no one else today, you will live like no one else in the future”.
