Do not get tired

DO NOT GET TIRED

“So Jesus answered and said, “Assuredly, I say to you, there is no one who has left house or brothers or sisters or father or mother or wifeor children or lands, for My sake and the gospel’s, 30 who shall not receive a hundredfold now in this time—houses and brothers and sisters and mothers and children and lands, with persecutions—and in the age to come, eternal life” (Mark 10:29-30 NKJV).

Everything that we do is because we love God and the people, it is not in vain. The Heavenly Father’s love is the only thing that can heal our land.

“So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up. Therefore, whenever we have the opportunity, we should do good to everyone—especially to those in the family of faith” (Galatians 6:9-10 NLT).

How can we do good in our city after the tragedy we’ve experienced?

Smile today and be good to people. We human beings get beaten up by life and we grow with wounds in our hearts that make us people who are closed in, distrustful, and people who are unable to give love.

I want to thank every ECFC member who made some changes in their “focus on the family” week to go to the streets, the hospitals, parks, vigils, to donate blood, take foodand drinks, to pray, and share God’s love in the city.

We carry the Heavenly Father’s love and the hope that people need. Do not get tired of doing what is good. In the darkest times, such as the massacre we just went through, the love of a community can shine a light of hope that will bring healing to the land. Be part of the difference your community is making and show God’s love in every everything you do… don’t get tired of bringing hope to others.

Think about it:

How can you show the Father’s love today?
Have you grown tired of doinggood lately? Why?
