YOUR DECISIONS MATTER
God is not affected by the decisions we make. The world is not going to end for Him if we decide to get out of our purpose.
First of all, we need to take into account that every decision we make affects us either for good or for bad. We cannot blame anyone else for the consequences we suffer due to our lack of wisdom, foolishness, rebellion or for failing to be teachable.
Second of all, the saddest thing is that we are not the only ones affected by our bad decisions, but many of those who surround us are also affected. Your actions are like a domino effect that influences those around you for good or evil.
Third of all, when we make good decisions, when we choose to be wise, obedient, teachable, mature, to have integrity and to remain in God’s purpose for our life, we are not the only ones who get blessed but those around us are blessed also.
Your decisions are powerful and they impact your present and future in an extraordinary way. However, again I tell you, your decisions affect you and those who surround you, not God. When the Lordadvices you to do something, do it; it is in your benefit, not His.
Today I encourage you to make wise decisions with God’s counsel. Remember that your decisions affect you, your loved ones and the whole world around you. Do not take your decisions lightly, take your time and do things right.
Think about it:
What decision do you need to make?
What kind of effect do you want your decisions to have?
