What’s hidden will be revealed

WHAT’S HIDDEN WILL BE REVEALED

“For there is nothing covered that will not be revealed, nor hidden that will not be known” (Luke 12:2 NLT).

This verse encourages me and exhorts me to live with integrity every day, while being aware of what I say and do every day. Many think they can continue to live a double-life without anyone finding out, but the Bible affirms that secrets do not exist, for everything will be revealed sooner or later.

“Therefore, whatever you have spoken in the dark will be heard in the light, and what you have spoken in the ear in inner rooms will be proclaimed on the housetops” (Luke 12:3 NLT).

It is better to live with integrity. There is nothing more pleasant than going to bed at night without fearing something you did that day will come out on Facebook the next day. The premise today is: don’t do anything today that you wouldn’t want to see on social media tomorrow.

Many read this verse and take it as a threat, but God does not threaten us, He only exhorts us to help us live in peace. Let’s not complicate our life by living with secrets or hidden, instead let’s live in the light and in the truth.

Let’s receive this verse with gratitude and learn to live with integrity. For, there is nothing to fear when we are not hiding anything. True peace is the product of living in honesty before the Lord.

“For there is nothing covered that will not be revealed, nor hidden that will not be known” (Luke 12:2 NLT).

Think about it:
Is there something hidden in your life that you need to surrender to the Lord?
What do you need to do differently today to live in peace?
