Who will move this stone?

WHO WILL MOVE THIS STONE?

On the way they were asking each other, “Who will roll away the stone for us from the entrance to the tomb?” (Mark 16:3 NLT).

There are constant problems in life. There are big and small problems, and we have difficulties that appear like a giant stone in front of us that we can’t move.
I am a person that by nature worries a lot. Sometimes I worry in advance, meaning that I’m thinking of situations now that I need to fix next month, even though it hasn’t arrived yet. Sometimes they appear very difficult, but when it gets there, I see that God has already worked in my favor.

How will I be able to complete university? How will I make it successfully in this marriage? How will I be able to move forward in my ministry with this huge stone in front of me?

These are questions we make, but we must also learn to rest in the Lord when problems appear to be greater than our strengths, intelligence, money or our political connections. God is always there, and he will surprise us, just as those women who arrived at the tomb were surprised.

But as they arrived, they looked up and saw that the stone, which was very large, had already been rolled aside. (Mark 16:4 NLT)

Think about it:

What situation in your life has caused you stress by not knowing how it will be resolved? What circumstances do you remember of your past, in which you saw how God worked in your favor, when it seemed impossible? What will you do from now on to rest in God?
