LET’S CONTINUE TO VISIT THEM
After some time Paul said to Barnabas, “Let’s go back and visit each city where we previously preached the word of the Lord, to see how the new believers are doing.. (Acts 15:36 NLT)
What a nice job Paul did as a mentor, because he not only won souls for Christ, but he cared about them as people. He took care of their spiritual growth so that they could be successful in all areas of their lives and fulfill their purpose in God.
A good mentor follows up with his disciples, doesn’t forget them and cares about the state of the people that God has entrusted him. Time, money and effort need to invested in them until they can affirm themselves in faith.
Think about it:
Who has God entrusted you with?
Do you know how everyone in your team is doing?
Do you know their needs, strengths, and weaknesses?
