SHOW US YOUR WILL, GOD
Then they all prayed, “O Lord, you know every heart. Show us which of these men you have chosen as an apostle to replace Judas in this ministry, for he has deserted us and gone where he belongs.” (Acts 1:24-25 NLT)
Life would be so easy if we all consulted God in every decision we made.
If our greatest desire is to do His will and not ours, then we would follow his guidance and our spiritual, family, social, and financial life would be much better.
Teach me to do your will,for you are my God.
May your gracious Spirit lead me forward on a firm footing. (Psalms 143:10 NLT).
Let’s ask God: What should I study? Should I do business with this person? Do you approve of this relationship? Do you approve of me moving to another city? Should I invest in this business? Etc. It is better to live in God’s will because it will keep us secure and blessed.
Think about it:
Have you taken God into consideration when making decisions?
What things has God spoken to you that you still have not done?
What important decisions do you need to bring to God?
