WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU ARE GOOD?
Look at the characteristics Barnabas had and what happened:
1. He was a good person. He surely did good deeds for everyone.
2.He was filled with the Holy Spirit; filled with love, goodness, faith, humbleness, self-restraint, joy, peace, etc.
3.He was strong in faith. A man of conviction in the Word of God.
4. Result: Many people came to the church.
When a leader has these characteristics, it’s inevitable for the organization, department or team to grow.
We all desire to be in a team filled with people that seek our well-being, that direct your life by consulting God, and this is controlled by the Holy Spirit.
Leaders of faith that dare to do things by faith are stable, predictable, and are not people that easily wreck, but firm in their long-term faith.
Think about it:
What family or friends are you waiting for to arrive to church? What kind of leader are you? What characteristic do you need to improve to be that kind of leader? What good works have you done lately? How is your relationship with God?
