WHY DO I STRESS SO MUCH?
There are days on which my stress level is higher than others. There are occasions where life’s problems and challenges cause some anxiety that day, and pending projects cause anxiety all week, but I have found that one of the ways to rest is meditating on this Scripture during the first few minutes of my day.
Why do such temporary things worry me? Why are will filled with anxiety so easily?
1. Meditate on God.
2. Practice joy.
3. Be brave and courageous.
The Lord is my light and my salvation—so why should I be afraid? The Lord is my fortress, protecting me from danger, so why should I tremble? (Psalms 27:1 NLT).
Think about it:
What is causing you stress and anxiety?
Are you seeking God in prayer to place your burdens on Him?
How many blessings has God given you for which you are grateful?
