God has not done me any wrong

GOD HAS NOT DONE ME ANY WRONG

O my people, what have I done to you? What have I done to make you tired of me? Answer me! For I brought you out of Egypt and redeemed you from slavery. I sent Moses, Aaron, and Miriam to help you.” (Micah 6:3-4 NLT)

When moments of disillusion come into our lives, we need to take care of ourselves and not get angry with God for our problems.

God has not done anything bad to me, He has only done me good.
Personally, I have noticed that my difficulties are sometimes the product of my own bad choices, but not God’s. Other times, my pain and anger have been caused by toxic people, inept, ignorant, or ill-intentioned people, but not God.

“O my people, what have I done to you? What have I done to make you tired of me? Answer me! For I brought you out of Egypt and redeemed you from slavery. I sent Moses, Aaron, and Miriam to help you.” (Micah 6:3-4 NLT)

When these moments of rage come, or pain or disillusion, take some time in prayer to remember and thank God for all the good things He has done for you. This helps me to not focus my thoughts on the bad things that happened, but on all the good things I have received.

Let all that I am praise the Lord;
may I never forget the good things he does for me. (Psalm 103:2 NLT)

God, what have you done to me? You have no done any wrong, only good.

Think about it:

Have you blamed God for the bad things that have happened to you?
What good things has God done in your life?
Do you take time every day to thank God for all the good He has done in your life?
