When you kill a giant

WHEN YOU KILL A GIANT

In another battle with the Philistines at Gath, they encountered a huge man with six fingers on each hand and six toes on each foot, twenty-four in all, who was also a descendant of the giants... (1 Chronicles 20:6 NLT)

Then there was another battle in Gath.

Problems in life do not end. We resolve one and then another comes, but God uses this to mature our character.

They had to fight with giants, and there was a giant that had six fingers and toes on each hand and foot.

Some of our problems are truly ugly, grave, big, and seemingly giant with 24 fingers, but when you kill a giant, you inspire others to do the same. Your descendants and children conquer giant problems too.

But when he defied and taunted Israel, he was killed by Jonathan, the son of David’s brother Shimea. (1 Cron. 20:7 NLT)

These Philistines were descendants of the giants of Gath, but David and his warriors killed them.  (1 Cron. 20:8 NLT)

DAVID KILLED THE FIRST GIANT, BUT THEN OTHERS WERE ENCOURAGED TO KILL GIANTS.

Think about it:

What giant do you need to conquer today?
Has there been people in your life that have inspired you to kill giants?
In what way have problems helped you grow?
