How can we maintain unity?

HOW CAN WE MAINTAIN UNITY?

I am in them and you are in me. May they experience such perfect unity that the world will know that you sent me and that you love them as much as you love me. (John 17:23 NLT)

Unity is a powerful tool to achieve great goals in life. Jesus came to this world with a great goal and to achieve it, He needed more than miracles, signs, and wonders, which played an important part in His ministry. He needed a team that was not only united, but also perfect in unity.
A family that works together achieves great things. What are some of the steps we should take to achieve unity?

1. Speak the same language. Even if there are people from different nationalities and speak different languages on a sports team, they speak the same language: the language of unity, strategy, and objective, that is victory. In the same way, sometimes in the family, work, and church people have different personalities, ways of thinking, cultures, etc., but we should unite for success in the home, advance as a team in our jobs, and expand the Kingdom of God in our churches.

I appeal to you, dear brothers and sisters, by the authority of our Lord Jesus Christ, to live in harmony with each other. Let there be no divisions in the church. Rather, be of one mind, united in thought and purpose. (1 Corinthians 1:10 NLT)

2. Be stable. This is about not leaving things halfway but finishing what we started. If you unite with your spouse and children, you will be able to achieve goals, dreams, improve your finances, buy a house, improve your marriage, etc.
To have a sense of belonging helps us be stable. When we know where we belong, even if problems come, we will not be emotionally unstable and will reach our goals.

I am in them and you are in me. May they experience such perfect unity that the world will know that you sent me and that you love them as much as you love me. (John 17:23 NLT)

Think about it:

How are you with your family, job, and church in regard to unity?
Do you and your family speak the same language (figuratively speaking)?
What can you do in your family to achieve that perfect unity?
