THE EXAMPLE OF OTHERS MAY ENCOURAGE YOU
I have worked hard and long, enduring many sleepless nights. I have been hungry and thirsty and have often gone without food. I have shivered in the cold, without enough clothing to keep me warm.
Then, besides all this, I have the daily burden of my concern for all the churches. (2 Corinthians 11:27-28 NLT)
Then, besides all this, I have the daily burden of my concern for all the churches. (2 Corinthians 11:27-28 NLT)
The example of Paul inspires me during everyday problems, because when I see his example, I see that I have suffered nothing compared to him.
How do you get a breath of fresh air when you’re suffering? One of the ways is to be more aware of what others are going through, because then you realize several things:
1. You’re not the only one in trouble.
2. Others have bigger problems
3. You’re not the only one who suffers, others are suffering even more.
4. God has helped others and will help you.

Think:
Do you know anyone who has bigger problems than yours?
Does it help you see things differently in knowing that your problems are nothing compared to others?
Have you put your problems in God’s hands?
