HOW TO UNDERSTAND THE WILL OF GOD FOR MY LIFE?
Understanding the Will of God is not only a feeling (these can be deceitful). Knowing God and His Word gives us a clear guidance in our life.
The Bible says: “As I learn your righteous regulations, I will thank you by living as I should!” (Psalms 119:7 NLT)
Comprehending the will of God is something progressive. You will not understand everything in the moment. You obey his commandments and then he speaks clearer, you obey the word that was given yesterday, and he will give you another.
The Bible says: “ I will obey your decrees. Please don’t give up on me!”
Do you wish to understand His will? Tell him the following in prayer:
I will put them into practice with all my heart.
Make me walk along the path of your commands,
for that is where my happiness is found (Psalms 119:34-35 NLT)
As I learn your righteous regulations, I will thank you by living as I should! (Psalms 119:7 NLT)
Think:
Do you read the Word of God? Do you ask God to give you the knowledge before reading it?
What has God spoken to you through his Word? What have you learned?
Have you put into practice what He has told you?
