WHAT YOU HONOR DETERMINES HOW YOUR DAY WILL BE
This verse speaks about honoring the message of the gospel that Paul taught.
In this case “honor” means to be valued above other types of message, having the Word of God in high esteem and appreciating its advice.
Do you value the Word of God above a tv show before sleeping?
Do you prefer to wake up and read the Bible for a couple of minutes, before reading the jokes or comments on Facebook or Instagram?
Do you have the advice from the Bible in higher esteem than your friend’s advice or the host of an entertainment show on the radio or TV?
Who or what you honor, value and appreciate by giving it most of your time will determine your day and your life.
