HOW TO FINISH WELL?
Part 2

Finishing is better than starting. (Ecclesiastes 7:8 NLT)

Yesterday we learned what we need to do to finish well what we started, and today we will learn one of the most important things that we need:

We need the power of the Holy Spirit.  

…But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you. And you will be my witnesses, telling people about me everywhere—in Jerusalem, throughout Judea, in Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” (Acts 1:8 NLT)

We cannot overcome in our own strength. Humanly we are weak.

In the middle of  a marathon everything hurts, your muscles hurt and we can feel the same way because of the problems of life, with no strength in marriage, no strength in our health, no strength in our career, business, ministry, etc. but, when our human strength ends and we receive the power of the Holy Spirit, that is called grace.

Grace is the power of God, to be and do what humanly we cannot, because our strength has limits.

Where does the strength come from? Through the holy spirit.
The Holy Spirit is necessary to finish well in everything that God has trusted us with.

Have you been doing things in your own strength?
In what area do you need help from the Holy Spirit?
Have you asked God to fill you with his Holy Spirit?
