What is the morning excuse now?

WHAT IS THE MORNING EXCUSE NOW?

Listen to my voice in the morning, Lord.
Each morning I bring my requests to you and wait expectantly. (Psalms 5:3 NLT)

What’s the excuse now for not getting up to pray in the morning?

Before they used to say things like: “I am very tired from work; I run all day; time is not enough; you have to work to bring food to the table, etc.

Many are not working now.

Now many have plenty of time.

Now many are annoyed by seeing screens.

Some are already bored with TV, they no longer find shows that stimulate them, their brain is numb and losing creativity.

They are no longer thrilled with light and sound effects…. and they don’t get up to pray in the morning.

Now some are receiving more money from unemployment than they earned working …

Now some don’t receive benefits and are in financial trouble, but even then they don’t get up to pray to God in the morning.

The order is this:

  1. Lord listen to my voice in the morning.
  2. Every morning I bring my requests to you.
  3. I hope. I rest knowing that you are in control and I wait on you.

Listen to my voice in the morning, Lord.
Each morning I bring my requests to you and wait expectantly. (Psalms 5:3 NLT)

Think about it:

What are you doing in your free time?
Are you getting up to pray early and reading the Bible daily?
What’s your excuse now?
