WHAT SIGNS DOES COVID-19 GIVE US?

For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines, pestilences, and earthquakes in various places. (Matthew 24:7 NKJV)

What is God saying during this coronavirus stage? Why are we going through this crisis? What is God trying to do in our lives? What does God want the world to learn? What does God want the church to learn?

The coronavirus is a sign of the end times that point to the second coming of Christ.

If people aren’t understanding that these are signs of the end times, then we are missing something. It’s not the end yet, but these pestilences are reminding us that Jesus is coming soon.

So when all these things begin to happen, stand and look up, for your salvation is near!” (Luke 21:28 NLT)

Jesus returns for His church, (the rapture of the church) we are seeing signs. Covid-19 is not just a physical illness, this must be a sign that Jesus is closer to returning for His church. It’s not time to get too comfortable in our house just waiting for the quarantine to end, it’s about capturing the message that God is speaking to our lives.

We need to create a sense of urgency for the second coming of Christ and become attentive that our Lord is coming soon.
