When you are stressed, watch what you say

WHEN YOU ARE STRESSED, WATCH WHAT YOU SAY

I said to myself, “I will watch what I do and not sin in what I say.
I will hold my tongue when the ungodly are around me. (Psalms 39:1 NLT)

Let’s be a different voice!

We must take care of what we say when we are stressed, upset, sad or angry.

Have you ever said things that you wish you could go back in time and express them in another way?

You will find yourself in situations at work or in marriage where you will have to remember some rules of good communication to avoid problems.

I will mention one today and one tomorrow:

1.- Remember the problem isn’t what you say but how you say it

I said to myself, “I will watch what I do and not sin in what I say.
I will hold my tongue when the ungodly are around me. (Psalms 39:1 NLT)

Let’s not be one of those who recklessly say, “I have no filter!”

It’s not just about saying the right things, but also saying them the right way, to the right person, at the right time.

Let’s be a different voice!

I said to myself, “I will watch what I do and not sin in what I say.
I will hold my tongue when the ungodly are around me. (Psalms 39:1 NLT)

To be continued…

Think about it:

Have you regretted things you said while stressed?
Who have you offended for not restraining your tongue?
Do you think the way you say things is correct?
How would things change if you ask the Holy Spirit for help to take control of your words?
