UNTIL THEY ADMIT IT…
GOD WILL STAND ASIDE FOR A WHILE

Then I will return to my place until they admit their guilt and turn to me. For as soon as trouble comes, they will earnestly search for me. (Hosea 5:15 NLT)

Sometimes, human beings suffer due to our sins and bad decisions.

When we insist on behaving badly, it seems like God stands aside for a while. He distances Himself and stands on the sidelines, so that we can reflect and recognize our need for Him and then we can return to Him and seek Him wholeheartedly.

There are people who will reflect during their alone time and bring their hearts back to God. Finally, they will align themselves to God’s purpose and will have success in their lives.

Think about it:

When you are suffering because of your bad choices, have you felt as if God is not there?
In what ways have you reflected when this occurs?
Have you searched for God with all of your heart in the midst of difficulties?
