In the morning and in the evening

IN THE MORNING AND IN THE EVENING

It is good to proclaim your unfailing love in the morning,

your faithfulness in the evening. (Psalms 92:2 NLT)

This passage mentions two different things,  for two different times:

In the morning, I see by faith and proclaim that the inexhaustible love of God will keep and bless me and at night I will prove what faith has shown me.

A possible application in my life could be:

First, in the morning I will meditate on the inexhaustible love of God.

It will give me the confidence to see the rest of my day filled with success through the eyes of faith.

God’s unfailing love will remind me that His  promises remain for me, regardless of my merits or lack of them.

Second, in the evening it will be proven that at the end of the day God was faithful to His promises and that I had a great day.

It is good to proclaim your unfailing love in the morning,

your faithfulness in the evening. (Psalms 92:2 NLT)

Think about it:

Do you take time in the morning to meditate in God’s love and declare his promises for you and your family?

Before going to sleep, do you give thanks to God for guarding and blessing you and your family?

How have you seen His faithfulness in your life during this time?
