Reminder

REMINDER

…And I gave them my Sabbath days of rest as a sign between them and me. It was to remind them that I am the LORD, who had set them apart to be holy. (Ezequiel 20:12 NLT)

1.- The sole purpose of the day of rest is to maintain us connected to God.
2.- It’s to remembering that he is the source of all that we have.
3.- It’s remembering that we are different (holy). We aren’t ordinary people, nor do we act like the bunch irresponsibly.

I believe that in this pandemic the Lord is giving us the opportunity to stop our hectic lifestyle and have time to reflect and take advantage of it to remember our dependence on God.

CONCLUSION:
Find a way to get back to “normal” but including all the good things that we have learned to enjoy during this pandemic.

It won’t be easy because we live in a materialistic society, and we can’t take care of this world and fund a separate city, but we can take care of “our world” and influence our city..

Just make sure to stay connected to:

1.- God.
2.- Your family.
3.- Your purpose (God and people)

…And I gave them my Sabbath days of rest as a sign between them and me. It was to remind them that I am the LORD, who had set them apart to be holy. (Ezequiel 20:12 NLT)

Think about it:

Have you taken the time to reflect on your life during this pandemic?
In this time have you stayed connected or disconnected with God?
Who is the source of your blessing?
Have you kept yourself apart for God or have you acted like the rest?
