HOW TO MAINTAIN YOUR JOB
THROUGH A PANDEMIC
Part 3
God wants to bless you during this pandemic and wants you to be successful in your job, but you need to be good at what you do, therefore practice the tips I have given you the last couple of days. Today I will share with you two more tips:
- Be adaptable. (Flexible). Some people break easily when their routine is changed. During this pandemic everything has been shaken, things have changed“Oh, well I don’t know how to use Zoom”, “What do you mean you are changing me from position?”. “What do you mean I will be cleaning windows?”. People that are rigid are unreliable.A flexible person adapts, flows, and is fast. Those that are rigid are the first to go when there is a cut of personal, but those that are flexible stay because they adapt easily to change, they can do many things and they do them with joy.Be flexible!
- Think like an employer and not an employee. You must change your mentality. There are people that are used to a job that is disappearing in this life. Ask yourself, what did my boss do to grow this business? What business will grow successfully in this pandemic? There are businesses that are going bankrupt, but others are innovating and are having success.Thinking as an employer will help you. You are not destined to live like an employee until you retire.
Do you see a man who excels in his work? He will stand before kings; He will not stand before unknown men. (Prov. 22:29 NKJV)
Think about it:
Have you adapted to the changes in this pandemic or has it been difficult?
What new changes have you had to adapt at your job?
Have you thought about opening your own business? What type of business would you go after?
