My generosity produces blessings

MY GENEROSITY PRODUCES BLESSINGS
TO MY FUTURE GENERATIONS

In addition, we might even say that these Levites—the ones who collect the tithe—paid a tithe to Melchizedek when their ancestor Abraham paid a tithe to him. (Hebrews 7:9 NLT)

The Levites were something like Abraham’s “great-grandkids.” (Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Levi).
Abraham started GIVING the tithe to Melchizedek, but four generations later his great-granddaughters RECIVED the tithing.
The great-grandfather sowed tithes in King Melchizedek and they later reaped the same thing that their ancestor sowed but multiplied.

I declare that Dinora and I have begun a cycle of blessing for ourselves and for our future generations.
This blessing will continue to our daughters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and all our generations to come until the return of our Lord Jesus Christ.

This blessing will be manifested in all areas, spiritual, family, social, and financial life.

This blessing began with us, just as it began in Abraham. He himself received bread, wine, and blessing.

And Melchizedek, the king of Salem and a priest of God Most High, brought Abram some bread and wine. Melchizedek blessed Abram with this blessing: “Blessed be Abram by God Most High, Creator of heaven and earth. And blessed be God Most High, who has defeated your enemies for you.” Then Abram gave Melchizedek a tenth of all the goods he had recovered. (Genesis 14:18-20 NLT)

Think about it:

Are you starting a cycle of blessing for your generations by giving your tithe?
What blessings have you seen for doing so?
What is your part to leave a legacy of blessing to your generations?
