WHEN WORDS PIERCE THE HEART
When the people heard this, they were cut to the heart and said to Peter and the other apostles, “Brothers, what shall we do?” (Acts 2:37 NIV)
1. The words of God are so powerful that they not only stay in the ear, but they pierce the heart, and cause changes in our actions.
2. When the word of God touches the heart, then we surrender.
3. When our hearts are touched by the word of God, then we ask him what should I do with my life?
When His words pierce our hearts, we become teachable people, we surrender, we ask God for direction, we change our behaviors and actions, etc.

Have you let the Word of God go through your heart or has it just stayed in your ear?
What changes has His Word made to you?
Have you asked God what to do in your life?
