If God is with you then envy doesn’t matter

IF GOD IS WITH YOU THEN ENVY DOESN’T MATTER

“These patriarchs were jealous of their brother Joseph, and they sold him to be a slave in Egypt. But God was with him. (Acts 7:9 NLT)

I have seen the devastating effects of envy in our society.
Social media and television show us how rival politicians tear each other to pieces because they envy a position of power.

Artists and celebrities compete with each other to have the highest number of followers on Instagram, Tik tok, or Facebook.
Churches and sports teams sometimes have conflicts with each other because they envy what other groups have, buildings, popularity, anointing, miracles, ways of doing things, etc.
People sometimes criticize what they can’t understand, what they can’t produce; so they criticize it. People sometimes criticize what they can’t have, what they can’t produce; then they criticize it. If they can’t produce miracles, then they will dedicate themselves to criticizing those who move in miracles. They try to destroy the theology they don’t understand. They are dedicated to criticizing what they can’t produce.

Is it possible that there is, unconsciously, within us a greed for what others have?
The important thing is: That God is with you!

Even Joseph’s brothers were envious of him, but God was with him.

But God was with him 10 and rescued him from all his troubles. And God gave him favor before Pharaoh, king of Egypt. God also gave Joseph unusual wisdom, so that Pharaoh appointed him governor over all of Egypt and put him in charge of the palace.
 (Acts 7:9-10 NLT)

Think about it:
Have you had problems with someone due to jealousy?
Do you honestly believe that there is jealousy in you for what others have?
Do you have what’s most important in your life, God?
