What to do with the excrement? Part 2

WHAT TO DO WITH THE EXCREMENT?
Part 2

You must have a designated area outside the camp where you can go to relieve yourself. (Deut. 23:12 NLT)

Yesterday we spoke on what waste causes and the importance of cleaning our camp (heart).

What does waste represent? What should we remove from our life?
– Toxic emotions, resentment, bitterness, lack of forgiveness.
-Toxic people.
-Toxic memories. Depressing memories that consume your energy, that stress you or steal your focus of the present and of your brilliant future.

We must cleanse our hearts of all those toxic things.

What are the tools? (Spade)

Each of you must have a spade as part of your equipment. Whenever you relieve yourself, dig a hole with the spade and cover the excrement. (Deut. 23:13 NLT)

What does the spade represent?? (The equipment)
Prayer
The Word of God
The Holy Spirit

My territory must be Holy and clean so:

  • God can move in the middle of my sphere of influence and have His protection
  • My enemies can be defeated.

If you want God to move in your life, we must clean the camp.

The camp must be holy, for the LORD your God moves around in your camp to protect you and to defeat your enemies. He must not see any shameful thing among you, or he will turn away from you.
(Deut. 23:14 NLT)

Think about it:

What things do you need to eliminate from your life?
What tools are you using to keep your heart clean?
How is your camp (heart)?
