WHY IS IT TAKEN FROM THOSE WHO HAVE LESS?
AND GIVEN TO THOSE WHO HAVE MORE?
So take the talent from him, and give it to him who has ten talents. ‘For to everyone who has, more will be given, and he will have abundance; but from him who does not have, even what he has will be taken away. (Matthew 25:28-29 NKJV)
In this crisis there will be many who will lose but also many who will gain.
Which will I be?
There will be many that the pressures of problems caused them to hide their talents, but others shined with their talents. There will be those who stopped using their abilities for God and for people, saying: “I don’t wanna know anything about people or the church”, but others will say: “Lord, you can count on me and here is the fruit”.
Some lost their passion, they buried their talents, burned out, or they became lazy, listless, comfortable, careless, indifferent, depressed, numb, confused, etc. What little they had will be taken from these and given to those who have been diligent.
But the reward is yet to come for those of us who didn’t hide our gifts.
Lord help me be a good administrator of your anointing, of your riches, of the influence, of territories, of ministries, of resources, of time, of gifts, of buildings, etc. Lord give me the strengths to always serve you with Joy.
Think about it:
In which of the two groups do you find yourself in?
Are you using your gifts? How?
What has God trusted you with?
