What you fall in love with, will determine your destiny

WHAT YOU FALL IN LOVE WITH, WILL DETERMINE YOUR DESTINY

Some time later Samson fell in love with a woman named Delilah, who lived in the valley of Sorek. (Judges 16:4 NLT)

Samson fell in love with Delilah, a woman that with time led him to destruction and to lose the anointing and purpose of God in his life.

What I fall in love with will determine my destiny.
If I fall in love with money, my life will be controlled by greed and I will do whatever it takes, even the illegal, to get more.
But if I fall in love with people, then I won’t hurt people on the pretext of getting money.
If I fall in love with something temporary like material things, then my destiny will end when that material ends.
If I fall in love with my career or fame, then my destiny will end when I retire or when there is no fame.
But if I fall in love with God and people, who are eternal beings, then this will determine my eternal destiny, my legacy will remain even after I die.

Some time later Samson fell in love with a woman named Delilah, who lived in the valley of Sorek. (Judges 16:4 NLT)

Think about it:
What are you in love with?
Have you been more concerned with temporal things or with eternal things?
What is the first thing in your life?
