Known for success or failure?

KNOWN FOR SUCCESS OR FAILURE?

Every time the commanders of the Philistines attacked, David was more successful against them than all the rest of Saul’s officers. So David’s name became very famous. (1 Samuel 18:30 NLT)

I’d rather be known for being successful than being a failure.

Why was David successful?

David continued to succeed in everything he did, for the Lord was with him.

(1 Samuel 18:14 NLT)

I’d rather be famous for being successful with the blessing of God, than being known for being a crafty fraudster.

The blessing of the Lord makes a person rich, and he adds no sorrow with it.

(Proverbs 10:22 NLT)

Every time the commanders of the Philistines attacked, David was more successful against them than all the rest of Saul’s officers. So David’s name became very famous.

 (1 Samuel 18:30 NLT)

Think about it:

Would you rather be known as a success or a failure?

Do you have God’s blessing?

Is the Lord with you?
