We will not be disgraced

WE WILL NOT BE DISGRACED

Then you will know that I am among my people Israel, that I am the Lord your God, and there is no other. Never again will my people be disgraced. (Joel 2:26 NLT)

We have been able to see this word of God fulfilled in these difficult times:

1. They will have all the food they want again.
It tells me that we will have abundance again after these times of pandemic. As a matter of fact. The majority of people had their fridge full even though some were not working. It tells me that society will return to a certain normality.

2. They will praise the Lord their God.
This tells me that many people will recognize the need of God in their life.
There will be a revival and many will run to the churches to seek God. They will want to get to know Him and serve Him.

3. Never again will my people be disgraced.
Will other crises come? Yes.
But we will not be disgraced because they won’t affect us like those who are far from God. We have learned that He is our source, that even when crises come we will not be disgraced.

Then you will know that I am among my people Israel, that I am the Lord your God, and there is no other.   Never again will my people be disgraced. (Joel 2:26 NLT)

Think about it:

How have you experienced this bible passage in your life?
Have you had God’s peace during this pandemic knowing that He takes care of you?
Do you recognize your need for God or have you been away from Him?
