WHEN THEY HEARD THE VISION
When they heard…
This tells me that they were instructed. When people understand the why of something, then we are more willing to participate in that something.
When people understand the vision of an organization and identify with that cause, then they commit to help.
For this reason, we see how there are people who support organizations to protect abused dogs and cats, or whales in danger of extinction; But likewise, there are people who when they read the Bible identify with God’s purpose for their life, understand what they were born for and decide to be generous with their lives.
The MISSION of Eagles CFC excites me! : “To win souls and make disciples, forming of every person a Successful leader in their Spiritual, Familial, Social and Financial life”.
Many people in our church have identified with it to fulfill God’s purpose in their lives and have been willing to be generous with their resources: time, money, effort, gifts, etc.
When the people of Israel heard these requirements, they responded generously by bringing the first share of their grain, new wine, olive oil, honey, and all the produce of their fields. They brought a large quantity—a tithe of all they produced.(2 Chronicles 31:5 NLT)
