There must be clarity in the description of functions of each person. This applies to the home, work, church, soccer, etc.

When there is no clarification energy, gifts and time are wasted; and it causes frustration in the team.
In this passage we see that curtains, posts, utensils, tables, had to be transported. Each man was given a task by name.
