THE BEHAVIOR THAT HARMS RELATIONSHIPS
In order to cultivate good friendships and relationships in your home, at work, in your school and in your church, you must avoid what can destroy good friends.
You must remember the behaviors that Peter says that we must avoid: “Be done with all deceit, hypocrisy, jealousy, and all unkind speech.” (1 Peter 2:1 NLT)
Hurtful comments, gossip, and the lack of transparency destroy the trust in any relationship.
Problems in our relationships wear us down, fatigue us and steal us of vigor and creativity.
For that reason, get rid of all bad behavior and maintain good relationships based on the love of God, because love covers a multitude of sins.
Think About:
How are your relationships with your family and friends?
What bad behaviors do you need to get rid of in order to obtain good relationships?
Why do you think being filled with God’s love helps in our relationships?
