TWO BLESSING FOR EVERY DIFFICULTY

1. Place of safety. Come back to the place of safety… (Zechariah 9:12 NIV)
This speaks to me about having a refuge.
Jesus Christ is our secure refuge, our fortress and fortified tower.
We are all in need of a place of safety during the pressures of life,
– A place to protect us from storms or the dangers of society,
– A place to rest, without having to worry about the dangers that surround us.
2. It speaks about “coming back”. Come back to the place of safety…(Zech. 9:12 NLT)
Many people know of God, but they separate from Him.
People leave God aside for the pressures of work, materialism, for the pursuit of wealth, fame, power etc. Others grew cold due to the pandemic, sickness, sadness, depression, etc.
But it’s time to “come back”!
“Come back to the place of safety, all you prisoners who still have hope! I promise this very day that I will repay two blessings for each of your troubles.”
(Zechariah 9:12 NLT)
