How to boast in the Lord

HOW TO BOAST IN THE LORD

But those who wish to boast should boast in this alone: that they truly know me and understand that I am the LORD  who demonstrates unfailing love and who brings justice and righteousness to the earth, and that I delight in these things.I, the Lord, have spoken! (Jeremiah 9:24 NLT)

To boast means to glorify oneself, it speaks about vanity and presumption, and it speaks about all one’s deeds. That is why in this passage of the Bible, God says: But those who wish to boast should boast in this alone:

1.Know God.
Not just knowing about God, but knowing Him, touching Him.
Knowing speaks about having intimacy.

2. Understanding that He is the Lord.
Giving God first place in my life.
That the Lord is the one who governs my decisions.

But those who wish to boast should boast in this alone: that they truly know me and understand that I am the LORD  who demonstrates unfailing love and who brings justice and righteousness to the earth, and that I delight in these things.I, the Lord, have spoken! (Jeremiah 9:24 NLT)

Think about it:
What do you need to boast about?
How well do you know God as a Father?
Does God govern your decisions?
