There is also something for you

THERE IS ALSO SOMETHING FOR YOU

While he was still speaking to her, a messenger arrived from the home of Jairus, the leader of the synagogue. He told him, “Your daughter is dead. There’s no use troubling the Teacher now.”But when Jesus heard what had happened, he said to Jairus, “Don’t be afraid. Just have faith, and she will be healed.” (Luke 8:49-50 NLT)

There is nothing that remains dead when Jesus arrives, the darkness has to recede. Before God there is no death.
What do we need to do when it seems like something is dying?

1.Have faith. But when Jesus heard what had happened, he said to Jairus, “Don’t be afraid. Just have faith, and she will be healed.” (Luke 8:50 NLT)
When there is a determined faith, we will find the way to get to Jesus. Strengthen your faith or have faith once again.

2. Come back to God. In whatever need we need to come first to God.
Surround yourself with people of faith. Find a house of peace with people of Faith.
When they arrived at the house, Jesus wouldn’t let anyone go in with him except Peter, John, James, and the little girl’s father and mother. (Luke 8:51 NLT)

3. Stop Weeping. The house was filled with people weeping and wailing, but he said, “Stop the weeping! She isn’t dead; she’s only asleep.” (Luke 8:52 NLT)
With Christ in the heart, nothing is dead. Begin laughing again. Your dreams are not dead, they are just asleep or stuck; but don’t cry for your dreams, it’s time to laugh for your dreams.

God still has a miracle for you, He is still going to restore your marriage, He is still going to bring your children to church, He is going to provide the finances you need, He still has the power to resolve your legal issue, to give you your citizenship, to give you your house, to take you out of that chronic depression, etc.

4. Touch Jesus. Don’t just get close to the church, touch Jesus. Don’t just know about Jesus, touch Jesus. Don’t just talk about Jesus, talk with Him. Get close to the fountain of faith, Jesus Christ!

Think about it:
What dreams did you think were already dead?
Do you have a determined faith, or do you need to ask God to help you with your faith?
What is the first thing you do in a moment of need? Do you need to return to the House of God?
Do you need to touch Jesus?
