At that time you trusted in the Lord

AT THAT TIME YOU TRUSTED IN THE LORD

Don’t you remember what happened to the Ethiopians and Libyans and their vast army, with all of their chariots and charioteers? At that time you relied on the Lord, and he handed them over to you. (2 Chronicles 16:8 NLT)

Depending on who I trust is how my problems will be solved.
In this passage, the Ethiopian army can represent the difficulties and enemies that he faced in this life.
The Lord is saying to his people: “Look, when you trusted me, I delivered your enemies into your hands”.

Don’t you remember…. At that time you relied on the Lord, and he handed them over to you.(2 Chronicles 16:8)

This leads me to remember some of the great projects that I have had to do in life, in which I have seen that by trusting in God they have been carried out.
When I have tried to do things in my own strength it has been much more difficult and sometimes, I have failed; when I have trusted in God, I have seen the victories.
I must remember who is the source of my blessing.
I must remember the victories that God has given me in the past.
I must remember who I trust.

Don’t you remember what happened to the Ethiopians and Libyans and their vast army, with all of their chariots and charioteers? At that time you relied on the Lord, and he handed them over to you. (2 Chronicles 16:8 NLT)

Think about it:
Are you doing what is pleasing in God’s eyes?
Are you more interested in having the approval of people or of God?
What is your name associated with?
