We value God and people

WE VALUE GOD AND PEOPLE

For you have been called to live in freedom, my brothers and sisters. But don’t use your freedom to satisfy your sinful nature. Instead, use your freedom to serve one another in love. For the whole law can be summed up in this one command: “Love your neighbor as yourself.” (Galatians 5:13-14 NLT)

It still amazes me how often I see in the Bible that almost everything is related to two eternal beings, God and people.
The commandments, instructions, and life principles that I find while reading the Bible are aimed at leading me to have a better relationship with God and with people.

When we give our life to Christ, we are free of many things like guilt, free of wounds, grudges, and resentments; we are healthy of the soul, and free of diseases.

The freedom that Christ has given us is not to give free rein to our sinful passions, but rather so that we can have a passion for God and compassion for what is most important to God: people.

Think about it:
How is your relationship with God?
Do you have good relationships with other people?
What can you do to take your relationship with God and other people to another level?
