Part 2
This verse makes me think about generational blessings and curses.
A long time ago I decided to break the cycles of generational curses that had been following my past relatives.
Things like alcoholism, divorce or separation, illness and poverty had been part of the family history.
For example, the story goes that one of my grandparents died alone from the effects of alcohol. So, my grandfather had been an alcoholic, then my father suffered from alcoholism, then my brother was going down the same path, and I was exposed to continuing that same pattern.
But one day I came to Christ and everything changed…
