It is very important to choose carefully who I give permission to get very close to me.
It is very important to discern who gives us advice.
King Joash’s success was largely due to the advice of a good priest and leader.

Joash did what was good because he feared God.
Joash feared God because he was advised by a God-fearing man.

Do they fear God?
Do they give me good advice that guides me to do what pleases God?
