When you have little strength

WHEN YOU HAVE LITTLE STRENGTH

“I know all the things you do, and I have opened a door for you that no one can close. You have little strength, yet you obeyed my word and did not deny me” (Revelation 3:8 NLT).

There are moments in life that seem as if we have little strength to move forward. Problems drain you to the point of giving up on God’s calling for your life. Nonetheless, do not sell nor lose your crown because of an offense, anger, or sin. The Bible says that those who are victorious will “become pillars in the temple of God” (Revelation 3:12 NLT). Victory refers to going forward even when other don’t want to.

When you feel like you don’t have the strength to continue, do the following:

1. Keep doing good works.

God sees what you do, even if people are not grateful. Even if others don’t recognize it, God does and He will reward you if you don’t give up. Remember that what you do is for God and not for men.

“Work willingly at whatever you do, as though you were working for the Lord rather than for people” (Colossians 3:23 NLT).

2. Continue to keep His Word.

Sometimes there are moments where it feels like God’s promises aren’t going to come true or as if they’re taking too long, so our faith begins to decay and we lose strength. When you feel like you have little strength, don’t turn against God, instead speak His Word, and believe it. When you declare what the Bible says, it won’t come back empty but it will produce miracles and divine answers in your life.

“It is the same with my word. I send it out, and it always produces fruit. It will accomplish all I want it to, and it will prosper everywhere I send it” (Isaiah 55:11 NLT).

3. Keep an eye out for the door God will open.

Declare and speak the Word and the door that holds blessings will be opened for your life and generation. If you remain faithful unto God he will make miracles that were impossible for men, but possible for Him.

“There is a wide-open door for a great work here, although many oppose me” (1 Corinthians 16:9 NLT).

Think about it:

What should you do when you have little strength?

What door are you asking God to open?
