TREAT OTHERS WITH MERCY PART II
Yesterday we spoke about the first two essential characteristics that an influential leader needs to have, but today we will learn about the last two qualities every person in a position of leadership must possess. Let’s view them:
3. They do what is just.
The leader after God’s heart treats others equally. They are not respecters of people.
4. They are eager to do what is right.
They honor and are people of integrity. They do not use their position to take advantage of others. They live to serve people and to add value unto them.
Jesus said:
The Bible also says:
Lord, help us represent you well in the functions you have given us at home, at work, at school, and at church. Help us to reflect your mercy, justice and truth, amen.
Think about it:
How do you wish to be treated? Are you treating others in that way?
In places like work, home, school and church, how are you transmitting the previous characteristics?
