We have the same time

WE HAVE THE SAME TIME

“Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom” (Salm 90:12 NIV).

The difference between those who are successful and those who are mediocre has to do with how they use their time. We all have the same time, but there are still people who fail and others who succeed. Some choose to do the Father’s will and to make their dreams goals, while other caress their self-pity.

It doesn’t matter if Barcelona is going to play, just record the game so that you can serve the Lord first. Everything has its time, but we must learn to use our time with prudence and not waste it.

The Bible says:

“Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom” (Salm 90:12 NIV).

He who knows how to count their days, will know how to count their blessings and thus they will obtain wisdom to manage their time better every day. God is no respecter of people, He has not destined some people to be successful and wealthy, while others to fail and be poor. All this depends on our own decisions.

Here are three steps to help your dreams become plans which will then become goals:

1. What do you want?
2. How much does it cost?
3. Pay the price?

What are your dreams. Where do you see yourself in five years? Do not allow any more time to pass by, the years are only going by faster and time on earth is short. Take time to plan, do, revise, and adjust.

Plan your short-term, mid-term, and long-term goals. Evaluate how much it will cost you to reach them and then do what you need to do first to accomplish those short-term goals.

Tip: start off with a short-term goal so that you can gain security and confidence in yourself, because if you try to achieve long-term goals first, then you might get discouraged because you don’t see quick results.

Next begin to act and pay the price, revise and evaluate your progress in regard to your goals. Finally, adjust whatever you need to in order to advance. Maybe while you revise your progress, you’ll see that you can make certain changes that will help you work smarter. Do whatever you need to do, but do not waste any more time. You can do it!

“Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom” (Salm 90:12 NIV).

Think about it:

What are your dreams?
Where do you see yourself five years from now?
