God rewards

GOD REWARDS

“Then, turning to the others standing nearby, the king ordered, ‘Take the money from this servant, and give it to the one who has ten pounds.’“‘But, master,’ they said, ‘he already has ten pounds!’ “‘Yes,’ the king replied, ‘and to those who use well what they are given, even more” (Luke 19:24-26 NLT).. will be given. But from those who do nothing, even what little they have will be taken away

God rewards the good administrators
In the parable of the mines, why did the boss take the mine from the bad administrator and give it to the one who had ten? Because Jesus likes to reward good administration. Bad administrators lose resources; the good ones receive more. It’s a simple concept!

“‘Well done!’ the king exclaimed. ‘You are a good servant. You have been faithful with the little I entrusted to you, so you will be governor of ten cities as your reward.” (Luke 19:17 NLT).

God won’t give us more if we can’t even be faithful with what he’s already given us. If a person can’t manage $500 a week, why would God give them $5000 a week? God entrusts the money to people who show that they can be good stewards when God tells them to give.

They won’t waste their resources on useless things, they make a budget for their money and are responsible. They are also good stewards of their time, their relationships and their talents.
Since Jesus rewards good administration. Bad administrators lose resources; the good ones receive more. It is a simple concept!

Think about it:

What resources has God trusted you to administrate?  If God would ask you to be accountable for those resources, what would you show him? What changes will you make today to be a good steward of all that God has given you?
