Even if it’s been 13 years

EVEN IF IT’S BEEN 13 YEARS

He was thirty years old when he began serving in the court of Pharaoh, the king of Egypt. (Genesis 41:46 NLT).

Joseph was seventeen when he dream of what God would do with his life. He had to wait patiently for thirteen years before becoming a governor. Many difficult things happened in that period. For some, the sufferings and injustices suffered in this waiting period would have been enough to kill his dreams, but not for Joseph.

Joseph never lost sight of his dream. He saw himself as a governor, even though he was a slave. He thought and acted as governor even when he was unjustly imprisoned.

Keep God’s promises fresh for your life and with faith await the fulfillment of them.

Think about it:

What dreams did God give you that you buried by believing that they would not be fulfilled? What Promises or prophetic words have you received from God? Do see yourself as a slave or governor?
